At Perkins+Will, Gabrielle leads the Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement Program, which supports and strengthens a firm-wide culture that embraces a diversity of people, colors, creeds, credos, talents, thoughts, and ideas. She was both the first African American and the first woman to become a Managing Director at their Los Angeles office. In her nearly 30-year career at the firm, she has led many high-profile projects including the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
Tammy Eagle Bull, FAIA, NCARB, AICAE

Tammy Eagle Bull, a member of the Oglala Lakota Nation, has nearly 30 years of design and project management experience. She believes strongly in the relationship between human behavior and environment, and strives to create environments where people thrive. She serves on several boards including the American Indian Council of Architects and Engineers, Lincoln Urban Design Committee, AIA Nebraska Chapter. She is also a former board member of the Lincoln Public Schools Native American Advisory Committee, Nebraska Childrens and Families Foundation, and the Women’s Business Owner’s Network.

Guy Geier is Managing Partner of FXCollaborative, where he leads strategic direction and operations. He also leads the firm’s corporate and interior design practices, with a focus on developing environments that reflect a client’s mission and current program, and anticipate future needs. Guy has more than three decades of experience in architecture and interior design, and he is the current president of the AIA New York chapter.
